You can use the lace to wrap around the tiers of cakes or create smaller flourishes as well as cut the strip to create lace cupcake toppers. The beauty of Cake Lace once it has been made, is that it will stay moist and pliable for many months to allow you to create masterpieces that may take a period of time.
Instructions:
To adhere the cake lace to your cake, brush the fondant lightly with cooled boiled water. Attach the cake lace to the moist area and press gently into place. You can also use the Cake Lace Steamer to moisten the cake before attaching the lace. If you only wish to use one of the two strips included then you can wrap the second in parchment paper and store in a box for use later.
Store in a cool dry place.
