Nickel plating gives an incredible smooth surface allowing the icing to flow evenly.
Nickel-plated brass doesn't react in the same way Stainless Steel does with some ingredients (eg: egg whites) so can be used for a wider range of icing, meringue, chocolate, potato, cream etc.
Nickel-plated brass is less affected by temperature changes, so can be used for everything from hot potatoes to ice cream.
Nickel-plated brass is dishwasher safe and does not react or discolour when exposed to cleaning agents.
