This 'PINK' silicone mat is fantastic for rolling out pastry and fondant, and it's equally great for protecting work surfaces too. For rolling fondant and pastry, it's best to either lightly dust with flour, icing sugar or apply a tiny little vegetable shortening (like TREX) before use.
