New from PME - Flexible plastic sheet for embossing sugarpaste or marzipan.  Sheet measures approx. 30cm x 15cm and each diamond measure approx. 5½cm.  The sheet is reversible allowing one side to give an embossed design and the other side a raised version of the same design.
